How much is the shipping?

The standard shipment is 5,95€ for countries inside EU. The shipment costs for countries outside EU may vary according to the destination country. You can see more details in Payment and Shipping.

How long does the shipment take?

Why did my credit card payment failed?

Since 2021 all payment provider in the Netherlands implemented a mandatory 2-factor-authentication (2FA) to prevent fraud. In order to process your payment successfully, you need to activate the 2FA which usually can be done easily in the service area of your banking app or in your e-banking account.

If you don’t want to activate it then you can choose another payment method.  

How long does it take to process my order?

After we receive the payment we’ll process your order within 1-3 days and then it’ll be on it’s way to you ? 

Note: If you pay with bank transfer then it might take a few days longer.

How long does it take to answer my request?

We are working on our maximum capacity to offer you the best experience with Pura Vida CBD. Be a little patient with us please! ? Your request will be answered within 7 days. 

Note: Even technology has flaws and sometimes it may happen that some massages get lost. If it happens that your request won’t be answered within 7 days please try it again ?
